  Their food is actually really good but They're so rude. Since I live in great falls there's aren't any sushi options so I usually try to take the food to go. I've had eye rolls, lip smacking, and serious attitude. It became a common thing for me and my friends to talk about Izumi horror stories whenever we eat there. I guess they add their tip to the bill (???) which I guess makes it easier to pay, but I was short ten cents from the tip, which isn't very significant. They chased me out of the store for ten cents from the tip. The tip. If you're short tempered, don't eat here.

  It is unfortunate, because the food is delicious. However, the customer service is subpar. We tried to place an order at 2:40 for pick up, and they said they were closed...even though they close at 3. They then said we could come dine-in but the sushi bar is closed so they would be unable to serve us food. To top it off, one waitress called my boyfriend and myself ugly when we were tan from the beach. Horrible service.
